What I collect, and where it goes.
I run Workflow Mindset on my own. This page explains, in plain language, what information I collect, where it flows, and what I do with it. No legal padding.

The contact form
If you send a message through the form on my contact page, I collect your name, your email address, your company name if you give it, and your message.
Here is what happens to it:
- Bot check — the submission first passes through a bot-protection check to confirm you are a person, then continues to my systems.
- AI summary — your message is run through an AI model that writes a short summary of what you appear to need and flags how urgent it looks, so I can prioritise replies. The provider's commercial terms state that data sent through their API is not used to train their models.
- Storage — your details and that summary are saved so I do not lose track of your inquiry.
- Acknowledgement — you get an automatic email confirming your message arrived.
I then read your message myself and reply personally.
I am telling you about the AI step because it happens whether or not I mention it, and I would rather you hear it from me. If you would prefer I not run your message through it, say so in your message and I will handle your inquiry manually.
Booking a call
Booking a call uses a third-party scheduling service. When you book, it collects your name, email, and whatever you write in the notes field, and places the event on my calendar. The booking calendar embedded on my contact page is served by that provider directly, so it may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy — the rest of this site sets no cookies at all.
Website analytics
I use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. I cannot tell who you are from it.
How long I keep things
I keep contact form records and booking details for as long as it takes to have a useful conversation with you, and afterwards, unless you ask me to remove them.
If you want your information deleted, email me at hello@workflowmindset.com and I will delete it and reply to confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
What I do not do
- I do not sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price.
- I do not add you to a mailing list, newsletter, or drip sequence.
- I do not publish your name, company, or message. If I ever want to write about work I did for you, I will ask you first and accept no as an answer.
- I do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
Security
Your information is protected by the security of the services listed above. Access is limited to me. Credentials are stored in a password manager, and the accounts involved use two-factor authentication.
I am one person, not a security department. I have taken the precautions I know how to take, and I would rather say that plainly than imply guarantees I cannot make.
Changes
If I change how any of this works, I will update this page and change the date at the top.
